1. Definitions and Interpretation

For the purposes of these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply:

Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration is grounds for immediate account suspension and forfeiture of any funds held in the account.

2.4 One Account Per Person

Each individual is permitted to maintain only one (1) a888x account. Creating multiple accounts using different email addresses, mobile numbers, or payment methods is strictly prohibited. a888x reserves the right to close duplicate accounts and void all wagers, winnings, and bonuses associated with such accounts without prior notice.

2.5 Identity Verification (KYC)

a888x is required by PAGCOR regulations to verify the identity of all registered players before processing withdrawal requests. You will be required to submit copies of a valid Philippine government-issued identification document (such as a Philippine Passport, SSS ID, GSIS ID, Driver's License, PhilHealth ID, or UMID card), proof of address, and verification of your registered payment method. Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension and withholding of withdrawals.

3. Account Responsibilities and Security

3.3 Non-Transferability of Accounts

Your a888x account is personal to you and may not be transferred, sold, or otherwise assigned to any third party. Any attempt to transfer account ownership will result in immediate termination of the account and forfeiture of all balances.

4.3 Withdrawal Conditions

Withdrawals are subject to completion of KYC verification and may only be processed to a payment method registered in your name. The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱1,000. Withdrawal requests are typically processed within 5–30 minutes for GCash and PayMaya, and 1–4 business hours for bank transfers, subject to verification and compliance checks. a888x reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing large or unusual withdrawal requests.

4.4 Wagering Requirements for Deposits

4.5 Fees and Charges

RNG (random number generator) games are independently tested and certified to ensure fairness. 6.2 Settlement of Bets

8.2 Account Suspension and Termination

a888x reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, if it determines that the account has been used in violation of these Terms & Conditions, applicable law, or PAGCOR regulations. In cases of confirmed prohibited activity, a888x reserves the right to confiscate all balances — including both Real Money Balance and Bonus Funds — held in the affected account at the time of suspension.

8.3 Appeals Process

Players who believe their account has been suspended or terminated in error may submit an appeal in writing to [email protected] within fourteen (14) days of receiving notification of the action. a888x will review all appeals within a reasonable timeframe and communicate its decision. The decision of a888x following the appeals process is final and binding.

9. Intellectual Property and Content Usage

9.1 Ownership of Platform Content

All content on the a888x platform — including but not limited to the website design, logos, graphics, game interfaces, software code, text, and promotional materials — is the intellectual property of a888x or its content licensors and is protected under applicable intellectual property laws in the Philippines and internationally. 9.2 Limited License to Users

a888x grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms & Conditions. This license does not include any right to sublicense, modify, distribute, sell, or create derivative works based on the Platform's content or software.

9.3 User-Generated Content

Any feedback, suggestions, or communications you submit to a888x regarding the Platform may be used by a888x without obligation or compensation to you. By submitting feedback, you grant a888x a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use such feedback for any purpose, including improvement of the Platform.

10. Limitation of Liability and Disclaimers

10.1 Platform Availability

a888x makes reasonable efforts to maintain uninterrupted access to the Platform but does not guarantee continuous, error-free availability. The Platform may be temporarily unavailable due to scheduled maintenance, technical upgrades, or circumstances beyond a888x's control, including internet service disruptions, power outages, or force majeure events. a888x shall not be liable for any losses or damages arising from temporary Platform unavailability.

10.2 Limitation of Financial Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, a888x's total liability to any player arising from or related to use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim. a888x shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages of any kind.

10.3 Third-Party Services

a888x uses third-party payment processors, game providers, and technology vendors to deliver certain platform services. a888x is not responsible for the acts, omissions, errors, or failures of any third-party service provider. Any issues arising from third-party payment processing — including delayed deposits, failed withdrawals, or transaction errors — should be reported to a888x support, but a888x cannot guarantee or control the actions of third parties.

10.4 No Guarantee of Winnings

All games on the a888x platform involve an element of chance. a888x makes no representation or warranty that any player will win or profit from gaming activity on the Platform. Past performance or winning history does not guarantee future results. You acknowledge that gambling involves risk and that you may lose all funds deposited.

11. Dispute Resolution and Governing Law

11.1 Informal Resolution

If a dispute cannot be resolved through informal customer support procedures, players may escalate the matter to PAGCOR as the relevant regulatory authority overseeing a888x's gaming license. a888x fully cooperates with PAGCOR's dispute resolution processes and is bound by PAGCOR's determinations in matters within its regulatory jurisdiction.

11.3 Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any legal action or proceeding arising from or relating to these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts located in Metro Manila, Philippines.

12. Amendments to Terms and Communication

12.1 Right to Amend

a888x reserves the right to amend, modify, or update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Material changes to the Terms will be communicated to registered players via email notification and/or a prominent notice on the Platform. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this document reflects the most recent revision. Your continued use of the a888x platform following notification of changes constitutes your acceptance of the amended Terms.

12.2 Communication Language

Official communications from a888x to players will be conducted in English. These Terms & Conditions are written in English and shall be interpreted accordingly. In the event of any translation being provided for convenience, the English version shall prevail in all cases of conflict or ambiguity.

12.3 Entire Agreement

These Terms & Conditions, together with the a888x Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy (and any game-specific or promotional-specific terms incorporated by reference), constitute the entire agreement between you and a888x with respect to the subject matter herein and supersede all prior agreements, representations, and understandings of any kind between the parties.

12.4 Severability

If any provision of these Terms & Conditions is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable under applicable Philippine law, such provision shall be deemed modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable. The validity, legality, and enforceability of the remaining provisions shall not in any way be affected or impaired.
